When Campbell Soup’s Food Away from Home division needed to take the next step in raising the capabilities and competencies of its “Street” selling organization, Bellwether’s Solution Selling program exceeded our expectations. Mac and Rob piloted the approach with two of our regions for three months. During that time, we were able to validate the approach with operators, customize the approach for Campbell’s, and develop a comprehensive training program which we rolled-out to all regions within a year.
